Nava Parts assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part.  There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.  Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts.  The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies.  There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser.   Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID. Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to Nava Parts with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part. Nava Parts assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.  The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.  Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty. This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part and is non- transferable under any circumstances. Nava Parts , at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser. For any Nava Parts warranty claims requesting cross shipping ( Nava Parts ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 50% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item.  The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser upon receipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

Our warranty covers the replacement of the damaged items within 10 years.
The warranty does not cover any alteration, modification, damage from neglect, accident, improper installation, or misuse of the unit. The warranty only covers if the part was installed by a certified agent. It does not include reimbursement for any cost involving the labor, installation, or re-installation of the part. The warranty would be a one-time replacement.
To file a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:

Once confirmation and payment for shipping are received, we will ship out the replacement. There is no cost for the part, but shipping is covered by the buyer. The tracking number and shipping details will be provided as soon as shipped.
Warranty is not covered under the following circumstances:
1.- The item was used for Off-Road or competition-related purposes.
2.- Car accidents of any type.
4.- Damage due to improper installation, product abuse, modifications, or product misuse.
5.- The vehicle changed ownership.
6.- The part was never used, and the buyer wants to return it after the 30 periods of purchase.
