The wheels roll as they should, the steering works, the pedals roll with the wheels. The tool box is still intact, and the tools attached to the underside of the car are still in place. This car was on display with my sons other Nascar diecast cars, but was not played with. It is in great condition with no flaws that I was able to detect. Most recently it has been stored in it's original box in a clean dry storage area with no exposure to any uv lighting. The box is in very good condition with very minimal sign of shelf wear.
