Orders will be shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 5 business days, once payment has been received. Items deemed Damaged or damaged in transit a photo of damaged item and shipping box are required. A claim is filed, and we pay for return shipping. Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund.
