Shipping Our orders will ship either via UPS, or USPS. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states with FREE Shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico shipping charged will be assessed. Additionally, we unfortunately cannot ship to APO or FPO. Accidental orders will be automatically canceled and refunded. Office Hours: Monday ? Friday (8am-5pm PST) Closed: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays Order received after shipping cut-off on Friday will not be shipped out till next business day.
Terms All returns MUST be shipped back to us in the original packaging and must be in the same condition you first received them. If you report an issue with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, you need only to open a return from within your Pricetronic Order History and follow the instructions provided by Pricetronic. We only cover the cost of shipping expenses inside 30 days of delivery of the item. If we are contacted after the 30-day mark this will be considered a warranty issue. We will open a ticket and process the warranty, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item out, as well as for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us. There will also be a Core Charge, to send the replacement out. So, should you need to take advantage of the Limited 1 Year Replacement Warranty we recommend you contact us as soon as possible. Manufacture warranty is valid for one replacement of each item. We always require pictures to process warranty claims The Limited 1 Year Warranty Replacement ONLY covers the replacement of the item and DOES NOT cover the cost of ANY EXPENSE associated with making the claim.
